VIRGINIA PLACER NEIGHBORHOOD

Building on the success and framework of the Virginia Placer Phase 1 development in 2018, Phase 2 introduces an additional 20 residential units arranged within two buildings. This expansion continues the community vision established in Phase 1, providing attainable housing, expanding the neighborhood and connectivity to town, and further emphasizing the relationship of the development with the natural landscape.

The design balances increased residential density with Telluride’s mountain context, strengthening pedestrian connections and expanding attainable workforce housing close to town.
