Fellin Park Stage

The Fellin Park Stage is envisioned as a lasting cultural landmark that celebrates the arts while strengthening the civic heart of Ouray. As the first implementation of the City's park master plan, the project transforms a temporary venue into a permanent, multi-purpose performance space for concerts, theater, film, dance, and community events. Through an extensive programming process with community organizations, performers, production specialists, and City leadership, KEO studioworks developed a vision that reflects both current needs and future opportunities.

Inspired by Ouray's rich history and dramatic mountain setting, the architectural design balances timeless mountain contemporary civic character with current performance requirements. Careful attention to site planning, audience experience, acoustics, and operational efficiency creates a venue that enhances both performances and community life. More than a stage, it is an enduring gathering place that celebrates culture, strengthens community connections, and enriches the Ouray experience for generations to come.
