LEGACY PROJECTS

This collection represents selected projects completed between within prior design leadership roles, reflecting Jim’s design leadership and project management experience across a diverse range of public, institutional, civic, hospitality, commercial, and residential work. During this period, Jim held key leadership roles with firms in Salt Lake City, Utah; Arcturis in St. Louis, Missouri; CCA; and Z Group Architects in Aspen, Colorado.

Together, these projects established a foundation for KEO studioworks’ place-based approach, grounded in collaboration, technical excellence, and an understanding of how architecture shapes communities and the human experience.
