Located within the Taos Historic District, this development completes a set of previously platted lots adjacent to established neighborhoods, all within walking distance of Taos Plaza.
The architectural design adheres to the Taos Pueblo Style and was approved by the Historic Preservation Commission. The design thoughtfully incorporates the massing, scale, and adobe and timber detailing of neighboring homes and historic residences to ensure the new neighborhood blends seamlessly into the historic context.
The project includes eight single-family homes and seven townhomes. The single-family homes were developed in three variations, each offering a unique bedroom count and amenity configurations to complement the surrounding neighborhood and broaden market appeal. The townhomes have been consolidated onto a single lot, allowing for a shared rear parking area and enhanced street-facing landscaping.
The townhome units are designed for off-site modular construction, minimizing on-site disruption and offering savings in construction time and costs.
