West Eagle Affordable Housing Neighborhood

The West Eagle Affordable Housing project is designed to create a highly livable, park-like residential environment that prioritizes community, open space, and quality of life. With 158 units across duplexes, townhomes, and multifamily buildings, the neighborhood is designed as a diverse, mixed-income community that supports a broad range of residents and households. A key element of the site planning was utilizing tuck-under parking, the design minimizes the visual and spatial impact of vehicles, allowing the site to be shaped around generous landscaped areas, pedestrian connections, gathering spaces, and enhanced access to light, views, and nature.

The result is a neighborhood-oriented housing community that feels integrated into its surroundings while providing residents with a comfortable, walkable, and green living environment uncommon in many higher-density affordable housing developments.
