The four-acre site is located in Ridgway, at the intersection of travel routes to Ouray and Telluride, alongside the Uncompahgre River.
The design extends a key pedestrian route, connecting the town’s river crossing with Riverfront Village residences and commercial area. The new neighborhood includes 38 units: 10 townhomes and 28 condominiums spread across 10 buildings.
A commercial building along Highway 550 acts as a buffer between the road and the private residences. The housing is designed to maximize green space and natural light.
Residential parking is located in garages beneath the units, allowing the main living spaces, facing southwest toward the river and mountains, to enjoy elevated views. The development also includes 4 deed-restricted units, designated open space, and river and landscaping enhancements along the town connector trail.
