KEO Studioworks partnered with the City of Ouray to conduct a comprehensive assessment of all City-owned facilities and departmental operational needs. The purpose of this evaluation was to determine current conditions, identify operational and safety challenges, and establish long-term strategies for modernization, capacity planning, and facility investment. Across all City facilities, the assessment included: Facility Condition Audits Infrastructure and Building Systems Evaluation Space and Functional Needs Analysis EOPC (Estimate of Probable Cost) for Police, Fire, Administration, and Public Works. This work provides the City with a centralized and measurable understanding of its built assets, identifying where facilities require renovation, replacement, or expansion. The resulting documentation—space programs, conceptual design options, and cost modeling—equips the City of Ouray with a clear roadmap to support long-range capital planning, grant applications, and funding strategies.
