KEO studioworks was retained by Treehouse Development to provide architectural design and construction administration services for this 48-unit for-rent townhome project in downtown Arvada.
The project is developed on a parcel close to Olde Town Arvada, the light-rail system, and Ralston Central Park to embrace pedestrian connections. The townhomes feature a ground-level garage, an open floor plan, and living, kitchen, and dining areas on the second level, with bedrooms located above. The entry and stairs connect all levels, culminating at the roof deck for each unit, which provides outdoor living with views of the plains to the east and the mountains to the west.
