As Project Manager, Lead Designer and Architect, Jim led the project from Building Assessments, Master Planning, Programming, through to Construction Completion over a 5 year period.

Project Included:  Building Assessments, Masterplan, Programming and Space Planning, Coordination of Preliminary Cost Analysis, Public Outreach coordination with the County for a successful Ballot Question, Grant Funding, 
Contractor Selection, Construction Administration.
